Bio
Statelapse formed in their home-town Huddersfield (United Kingdom) mid 2008, when Luke Fenn and Aiden Ramsden met Leigh Shields at a music technology course. Although the groups focus is on drum & bass/dubstep there roots lie with Metal/Rock/Hardcore. Luke and Aiden have an extensive background in live music as they both played in numerous bands over the years playing in some of the Uk's best venues. And Leigh dj'ng at most of the local pubs/venues in West Yorkshire collectively they have alot of experience in Performing. The boys have been hard at work as of late and have put together there first Dubplate "Come with us" and "Leap Frog" as a b-side, with that ready to release Statelapse are looking for a label to set them on there way.

Yorkshire drum and bass act Statelapse have been busy at work from their hometown of Huddersfield. They have been in the studio over the last few weeks producing their latest E.P “Come with us” and refining their electro/dnb Wall of sound. With their latest Dub “Come with us” receiving heavy play on MySpace, Statelapse are hitting the UK hard. They said this “music is our lives, we try to recreate everything you see and feel into our songs and create something unexplainable that leaves you in a state of bliss.” They are sure to be a stir in the underground music scene in 2009!!!
